Vegan Protein – Spicy Yummy Sauteed Shitake Mushroom


Ingredients:

1/2 diced onion, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 piece green long pepper and thinly sliced, 1 cup sliced fresh shitake mushroom, 2 tablespoon coconut oil

Heat a non-stick, metal-free pan below 100 degrees Farentheit, and put the oil. Then saute all the ingredients for 1.50 – 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Throw a dash of salt.

This is basically my post workout meal. And then, during summer, drink a glass of filtered water with splash of squeezed lemon. During cold season, heat a glass of filtered water with a splash of squeezed lemon.  ENJOY!!!
