Why I know all these stuff? I’m my own personal CASE STUDY all the time, and due to my more than 20-year health and diet research.
1 1/2 cups – 2 cups filtered cold water or filtered hot water
1 teaspoon ACV – apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon aloe vera juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
1/4 teaspoon cinamon powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon
1 cup pineapple juice (juiced from a juicer)
Blend all together and drink one in the morning and one before bedtime!
