Express Baked Wild Sockeye Salmon in Herb Powders


OKAY, FOLKS, I DON’T HAVE MY COPY EDITOR NOT TO COMMIT MY TYPOS IN THIS RECIPE. lol At least, it’s so much fun and super healthy to SHARE MY FRUGAL BEAUTY SECRETS TO THE WORLD. 🙂

WILD SOCKEYE SALMON is the safest fish recommended by food scientists, nutritionists, dieticians, and health practitioners. WHY? They have the lowest mercury level content when it comes to eating seafoods. Their habitat is in Artic ocean far from pollution, radiation, and contaminants.

I have a special skill in cooking as I cooked for 16 years for my twin girls, and my Mama is also a very good cook for 10 children. I remember those great times, long dinner table for 10 kids. I now realized how my mother dedicated her skills in cooking such a huge meal plan for a week when her 10 kids arrived from school.  We won’t even wash the dishes! Poor Mama. LOL 🙂

HEALTH BENEFITS OF WILD SOCKEYE SALMON AND ITS INGREDIENTS:

1 half body of salmon, as seen in the picture.  Salmon is known as rich in omega fatty acids which is stronger than green veggies and seeds. 1 gram of wild salmon. Omega fatty acids prevents and heals inflamation. Salmon is also rich in B complex and selenium. It reduces the risk of diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer, and depression.  My daughter was used to be extremely forgetful but since she eats salmon, and consumes fish oil, according to her, her forgetfulness disappeared!

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

minced garlic, dash of: nutmeg, celery seeds powder, cayenne powder, cumin powder, and turmeric powder.

Olive oil and coconut oil – 1/4 cup, drizzled to the body of the salmon

Bake in 250 degrees Farenheit for about 15 – 20 minutes. Then, remove from the oven and serve with cilantro, cauliflower, garlic or alfalfa sprouts. Dash with red sea salt to complete its aromatic flavour.  Serve to your family or visitors while warm.

So! This is going to be my 1 week office lunch food by dividing the piece 2 inch by 2 inch serving size.
